Tax-Deferred Accounts

The SeasonalityPlus management program is available for IRAs, and many tax qualified pension and profit sharing plans that provide tax deferrals on profits achieved.

Further, SeasonalityPlus may be incorporated into certain variable annuity contracts that can offer tax-deferred growth on a non-qualified basis.

MANAGED ACCOUNTS


Professional Account Management

Strategic Advisory Solutions (SAS) directs all of the trades for SeasonalityPlus participants. Individual investors set up a ProFunds account registered in their own name and grant SAS management authority. Hedge funds, institutional investors and private accounts are managed by SAS via ProFunds' group account platform.

Free Account Trades

The SAS managed accounts program trades no-load mutual funds at ProFunds. ProFunds is an industry-leading mutual fund family that allows unlimited fund trades free of charge without restrictions or redemption charges. In addition, ProFunds offers a wide range of index and sector-based mutual funds as well as long/short and leveraged fund options. Account Access and Control

For investor protection, SAS does not accept custody of client funds and is not allowed to make any withdrawals from client accounts (except for management fees). Participants have 24-hour access to their accounts at ProFunds' website, www.profunds.com.

In addition, account holders receive activity reports from ProFunds quarterly and annually. ProFunds online trading platform can accommodate trades up to 3:55 PM every market day. The account minimum for a SAS-managed account at ProFunds is $35,000.

 


Management Fees

SeasonalityPlus participants pay no upfront "loads," sales commissions or retainer fees. In addition, there are no transaction costs or redemption fees. The only SAS charge is a quarterly management fee of 0.6% per account for the S+ Conservative program, and 0.75% per account for the S+ Aggressive program. The applicable fee is deducted from the Investor's account balance on the first day of each calendar quarter. There are no breakpoints or fee discounts available. ProFunds assesses internal management fees from their mutual funds. Please review the ProFunds prospectus for details.



 Suitability Considerations


Strategic Advisory Solutions (SAS) promotes the concept of investment diversification. Under this premise, SeasonalityPlus would be appropriate for the conservative-growth portion (S+ Conservative Program) and the aggressive-growth portion (S+ Aggressive Program) of a diversified portfolio. SeasonalityPlus investors should maintain a long-term approach and be able to sustain fluctuations and draw downs. New investors should meet suitablility requirements for the SeasonalityPlus management program based on their personal financial situation and goals.
